BIG land art at OMS. After studying some of Andy Goldsworthy's work Year 2 key children made their own BIG sculptures.
Year 2 - do you remember the potatoes we looked at in assembly way back in March? Bugs Buddies planted them and Mrs M has looked after them in lockdown. This week we harvested them - what a haul - lots of tasty new potatoes. They will quickly disappear from the staffroom! The broad beans we grew in the poly tunnel all got eaten but we've got runner beans on the go now.

Year 2 key children have been busy at OMS planting some of the extra seeds Bugs Buddies had started in the poly tunnel at OIA. Can you see the bunting we made to label them? We've planted tomatoes, marigolds, runner beans and cosmos.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
