Equality Act 2010 Statement

At Olney Infant Academy we ensure that our educational provision is broad, stimulating and closely matched to the needs of each individual child.


We have strong links with other cultures, particularly through our partner school in the village of Newton in Sierra Leone.


Every part of our school is accessible to all; there are no internal steps and we have ensured level access to and from the outside from every door. There are also acoustic panels in the hall to help those with hearing impairments and we follow guidelines on decoration (e.g. the use of contrasting colours for walls/doors and skirting) to assist those with a visual impairment.
